Interviewing At Rocket
At Rocket we conduct structured interviews. This means interview questions are planned in advance, and responses are evaluated in a consistent and bias-minimizing way.

Submit an application
We ask everyone to submit an application through our job board. If you seem like a good fit for the role, a Rocket team member will email you to schedule an introductory call.

You’ll be able to share your expertise and learn more about us during conversations with the hiring team. In order to be consistent and equitable, we ask predetermined interview questions that are relevant to the role. Interviews can also include live portfolio reviews or live coding.
