Sun Microsystems hired Rocket to design the visual language for its Java Adventure Builder Demo, highlighting the capabilities of Sun’s Java Blueprint’s product at the 2003 Java One Conference. This highly acclaimed demo was targeted at Sun’s Java developers.

Despite experiencing a 40% project timeline reduction shortly after project launch, the Rocket design team successfully defined Adventure Builder’s visual language and designed the accompanying web friendly illustrations to be consistent across the wide range of sizes (from 200x200 to 16x16 pixels).

The collaboration resulted in an easy to engineer design that is warm, playful, and engaging.
