Michal Anne Rogondino | Founder and Chief Creative Officer
Michal Anne has over 14 years of professional Graphical User Interface Design experience. As Rocket’s CEO, Michal Anne provides strategic guidance for the company and sets the tone for the culture. As Rocket’s CCO, Michal Anne works with clients to ensure their vision is achieved by Rocket’s design teams and serves as a member of Rocket’s Quality Assurance Team. Michal Anne launched her design career at Apple, creating the visual interface designs for a large number of foundational Macintosh UI elements. Since that time, her unwavering commitment to deliver the best GUI designs possible earned her a sterling reputation as one of Silicon Valley’s top GUI professionals.

Paul Brown | Sr. Account Manager
For over nine years, Paul has helped companies successfully launch enterprise and consumer software solutions, client/server systems, and Web applications in international markets. Paul also has an extensive history as a dynamic senior technical manager with a proven record of developing effective strategic plans and requirements, defining processes that achieve corporate and customer objectives, and leading teams in software development, account management, quality assurance, process analysis, localization, and document production. In these areas, Paul has directed profitable operations while achieving outstanding on-time delivery and customer satisfaction results.

Ty Van Leuven | Director of Visual Design
Ty has 10 years of professional Visual Interface Design consulting experience for clients such as AOL, Autodesk, Cisco, HP, Smith Micro, and Sun. He has earned a reputation as design guru, having created more than 10,000 icons for Windows, Apple, and Unix platforms in a wide range of formats, sizes and design specs. Ty's experience with large and complex Visual Design projects has helped him prepare our visual designers for challenges that come their way. In addition  to his design responsibilities, Ty  manages the careers of designers, analyzes the scope of projects, and serves as a member of Rocket's Quality Assurance Team.

Kristina Ross | Director of User Experience
When she is not engaged in project work, Kris coordinates and supports Rocket's veteran UX design professionals, and is responsible for assuring the overall quality of the user interface design effort and its deliverables for the studio. Kris has over 10 years of experience designing for web-based, desktop, and mobile software applications for a broad range of industries and users, including clinical healthcare, enterprise IT, and consumer sales and support. Her previous clients include Adobe, CableLabs, Cost Plus World Market, Cisco Systems, Get Active!, The Presidio Trust, and West Marine, and the application and interactive design studios of Catalyst Resources, paper(media), and Pinnacle Rock.

Prior to joining Rocket, Kris was Director of Design and Usability at Satori Labs, and was proud to be part of a user-focused design and development process that resulted in an outstanding solution to help healthcare workers capture, verify, and share vital patient data easily, efficiently, and unintrusively. Her professional training and experience in interactive design is supported by significant formal study in the subject areas of information design, mass and computer-mediated communication, visual design, and qualitative research methods.

Mimi Doggett | Creative Director
Mimi has more than 20 years experience in providing creative service solutions, client account management, and visual design.  Her design expertise and leadership have routinely been welcomed by technical innovators, such as Apple, Cisco, Fujitsu, HP, Motorola, Sun, and many others. Mimi's role as Creative Director gives our designers the guidance and ability to produce professional interface graphics that  set new boundaries in design.
